Job description:
Interface and coordinate with client engagement partners to understand the RFP/ RFI requirements.
Detail out scope documents, functional & non-functional requirements, features etc ensuring all stated and unstated customer needs are captured.
Construct workflow charts and diagrams, studying system capabilities, writing specifications after thorough research and analysis of customer requirements.
Effectively communicating your plans to cross-functional team members and management.
Working closely with clients and the development team.
Ensuring solutions delivered meet business needs and requirements.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree/Master’s degree in Business Management or related field.
A minimum of 0-3 years of experience in business analysis or a related field.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
Excellent documentation skills.
Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, PPT and Outlook.
